CREDIT, PERMISSION & CARE

A clear route for source questions, permission requests and concerns about material on this site.

Sources in the collection

Poetry pages identify their source category and, where supplied, the named author. Newly created editorial work and AI assistance are described in the editorial policy. A source label is not a claim that every legal question about a work has been settled.

Material should be published only where the operator has the necessary rights, permission, licence or another applicable basis for use. Giving credit alone does not replace a permission that is required. The operator should not label a third-party work as original personal poetry.

Community writers

Community contributors keep their rights and confirm a limited permission for this website to review and publish their submissions with their chosen name. The submission terms explain that permission and the withdrawal route. Do not assume that a community piece is available for republication because it can be read here. A pen name and authorship declaration are supplied by the contributor and are not proof of identity or a rights clearance. Report a concern with the page address and relevant source information.

Images, design and fonts

The rose image was generated for this project with AI assistance, and the flower mark was created as a project graphic. The bundled Cormorant Garamond, DM Sans and Noto Nastaliq Urdu font files retain their SIL Open Font License texts in the source-code package. These font licences do not grant rights to unrelated poems or images.

The website does not promise that AI-generated material is exclusive, eligible for copyright protection in every jurisdiction or incapable of resembling another work.

Ask about reuse

If you would like to reuse a poem, image, translation or substantial passage, contact the operator with the page address and your intended use. The operator may need to identify a separate rights holder. A visible sharing or copy control helps a reader use the interface; it does not grant unrestricted rights to republish every work.

Report a source or rights concern

In your message, include:

  • The exact page address and the material you are concerned about.
  • The original source or work, where available.
  • Your relationship to the work or an explanation of the correction requested.
  • A working contact address for follow-up.

Please provide enough detail for the operator to locate the material without sending unnecessary sensitive documents. The private contact inbox is the site’s correspondence route; this page does not claim to be a registered statutory notice agent or substitute for a legal process.

Corrections

The operator can review a concern and correct the text, clarify a label or remove material where appropriate. Literary interpretations may differ; source errors and inaccurate factual attributions should be addressed on their evidence.
